Admission 2024-2025
For the academic year 2024-2025, SPDS Jayanthi Vidyapeedam offers admissions to Pre-KG to 11th.
- The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the school office.
- Completed application form should be submitted in person within 5 working days from the date of issue.
- Admission Form is accepted along with the documents and fees.
- Application Form without the required document will not be considered for admission.
- Mode of payment of fees shall be in Cash / Internet banking / Card payment
Documents to be submitted
- Original Transfer Certificate from previous school
- Attested Photocopy of Birth certificate
- Attested Photocopy of Community certificate (Child).
- Photocopy of Aadhar card (Child), Aadhar Card (Mother), Aadhar Card (Father)
- Photocopy of Residential address proof. (Aadhar / Driving License / PAN/ Ration Card / Voter ID)
- Blood group of the student.
- Passport size photos of the student – 5 No’s
- Passport Size photos of the parents – 2 No’s Each
- Report cards from previous two years
- Marksheet / Attested copy of details including dates and grades of any Public/Board Examinations already taken
